- What are the rules/regulations for importing a vehicle?
For import rules and procedures in your country, including a list of pre-export inspections, please access the appropriate government authorities in your country. References to these authorities can be found in the FAQ section "Basic Export Rules/Regulations by Country".
It is also highly recommended that before importing a vehicle, you research what is expected of you as a vehicle importer in your country and understand all risks and responsibilities.
- What are your business hours?
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Japan time). Noon Break: 12:00-13:00
Saturdays & Sundays
National holidays (year-end and New Year holidays)
Golden Week (a April and May) is closed.)
Summer vacation (a few days in mid-August)
However, please leave us with an extra time for a response if emails received during a holiday, of which we will inform you the date and duration at each time.
- Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle I am purchasing?
- It depends on the contents and products, but basically we don't do it.

About purchase and payment
- I found a car I want to buy on your website. What should I do?
- Please contact us by email using the "get a quote" button on the page of the vehicle you plan to purchase.
Please note that there are some parts to be mentioned.
- Which currencies do you accept?
- We mainly accept payments in US dollars. However, under certain circumstances, Japanese Yen is also accepted. No other currencies are accepted.
Please note that all payments must be in the form of a bank wire transfer so that the buyer and seller have an official written record of the payment transaction. Under no circumstances will any form of cash be accepted.
- What payment methods can I use?
- We are currently accepting payments by bank transfer.
We are considering electronic payment such as bitcoin in the future.
- How long will it take for the bank transfer to be sent to my bank account?
- In some countries, pre-export inspections are required before a vehicle can be exported. To obtain a list of all required pre-export inspections, please access the appropriate government authorities in your country.
It has been reported that many countries have not enforced these regulations in the past, but are beginning to impose hefty fines for violations. Make sure that the terms of your purchase include inspection if it is mandated by your country's government.
- Do I need to inspect before export?
- In some countries, pre-export inspections are required before a vehicle can be exported. To obtain a list of all required pre-export inspections, please access the appropriate government authorities in your country.

- Who is responsible for bank transfer fees?
- The purchaser is responsible for all bank charges. Please check with your bank for the cost of these fees before signing a purchase contract with their staff.
- What is the IBAN code for your bank account?
- There is no IBAN code for Japanese banks, please instruct your bank to use Swift code.
Booking & Shipping
- How long will it take for the transport ship to arrive at my port?
- We will do our best to ship your items so that they can be delivered to you.
The days listed below are from the designated port in Japan to the customer's port of unloading.
Please note that this is only a guideline based on past experience and is not a guarantee.
- Why are there so many changes and delays in shipping schedules?
- These changes are made by the contracted shipping company and we, as exporters, have no authority to intervene in their decisions.
Receiving Your Cargo
- Can the vehicle be delivered to my country?
- Yes, we have knowledgeable export agents who can deliver your vehicle from the port of unloading.
- Is it possible to clear customs using PDFs of the B/L?
- No, it is not. However, you can complete 60 percent of the entire customs clearing procedure using PDFs of the B/L. The rest requires the original B/L to be turned in.
